This is a semi-automatic reciprocating-single cylinder forming machine
Semi-automatic forming machine needs workers operating for the connection from forming to drying process.
Paper pulp molding machine for industrial packaging takes paper pulp as raw material, and absorbs the pulp into the mould under the help of vacuum. After a while, the machine makes products reach the specific thickness and dry wet ratio. After the processes of shifting mould and demoulding, the products are formed completely.
This machine can produce two kinds of products with different shapes and thickness at the same time.
We adopt the advanced PLC and touch screen to operate the machine. The pulp tanks and control cabinet are made of stainless steel material. All these parts make the machine good performance and long service life.
