1. The product of the equipment is the 30-packed egg tray with the size 300*300mm and the dry weight 65g-70g. 2. For different capacity, customized allocation can be made according to the clients’ requirement. 3. Descriptions:

This is a semi automatic pulp molding production line, after the wet products formed in the forming machine, they need to dried with hot wind.
By changing molds, the production line can be applied to making egg tray, fruit tray, coffee-cup tray, medical tray as well as inner package for industrial products.
The forming machine has 2 control cabinets, so the forming machine can make two different products at the same time.
The raw material is the recycle paper, like waste paper, waste carton, used paper and so on, which are easy to get in cheap price.

The formed products can be dried by drying product line, drying house or under the sunshine directly.
